We boast the opening of our Healthy One Supplements store and adjoining health food cafe to provide the client with a total fitness and health experience. Our exceptional facilities include weights and cardio areas, structured fitness class areas, large bathrooms/shower facilities with saunas, a solarium, locker area and a unique child minding service. We also provide parking for up to 100 cars situated at the rear of the gym.

We are more affordable than ever!
At Fitness No.1 we pride ourselves on a professional customer service approach for all of our existing and potential clients. At a glance, we offer a total unique experience with new customers outlining the gyms facilities and services as well as a complete gym tour highlighting a range of benefits a potential customer will receive upon signing with us.
Once the client has signed-up they will receive a total fitness assessment by one of our qualified personal trainers as well as a tutorial on equipment use and benefits.
